The novelty came out unprecedentedly comfortable and initiated a launch of the originally-designed Stormy Kromer cap line. As time passed, the line expanded, and now the Stormy Kromer hat collection includes several types of hats. The original cap with ear bands inspired the designers to create a new Stormy Kromer Rancher hat that features an extra long, fleece-lined ear band and insulation in the crown.
